Event/Conference Tickets

Once a successful ticket transaction has been completed, tickets are delivered in electronic soft-copy via email to the email address nominated by the Attendee. For some ticket types it may be necessary to complete required information such as Attendee name or tax identification number before the tickets can be issued.

The ticket acts as a receipt for the transaction and can be used to gain access to the Event/Conference listed on the ticket.

All tickets must be assigned to an Attendee, and all Attendee details must be complete within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes name, job title and company name. Ticket reassignment is not permitted.

Delivery Cost & Timeframes

At the point of checkout, we provide the option of shipping via Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack Express.

Please note that Australia Post and StarTrack Express are currently experiencing longer than usual delays so the below times are likely to be extended during this peak time. Please note that the below time frames are a guide only. We are unable to guarantee delivery time frames as these are out of the control of The NO BS Group. We thank you for your understanding.

Postage Options

Australia Post eParcel - Free on orders over $100 otherwise $10 flat rate.

  • Metro: 2-3 business days
  • Regional: 4-6 business days
  • Remote: 7-10 business days

StarTrack Express - $15 Flat rate

  • Metro: 1-3 business days
  • Regional: 2-5 business days
  • Remote: 3-5 business days

Please note: All online orders are shipped from our dispatch facility in Melbourne, Victoria. Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. They are also based on the day of shipping not placement of order. Longer delivery times are to be expected during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, weather events or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable and beyond the reasonable control of The NO BS Group.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers

Please note that we will only send to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post eParcel.

Special Instructions / Authority to Leave

If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes (prior to the checkout) when making your purchase. Please note that if special delivery instructions are provided, The NO BS Group does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to Australian addresses.

Click & Collect

If you live in Victoria and need your order quickly a great option is to use our free Click & Collect service.

How does Click & Collect work?

Simply choose your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' option under Delivery Method. We'll prepare your order which will be available to collect from our South Melbourne head office. Orders placed prior to 11am will be ready on the same day. Orders can be collected between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

When your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that the order is ready. This will usually be on the same day (if placed prior to 11am) or within a 24 hour timeframe from the time of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorisation.

How long will you hold Click & Collect orders?

Orders must be collected within 7 days from the time of the collection notification otherwise they automatically will be cancelled. In the event of an order cancellation, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Weekends & Public Holidays

Please note that The NO BS Group does not dispatch orders on weekend’s or Victorian public holidays.
