What began with two sold-out conferences in Melbourne has evolved into an international events business, producing original experiences while partnering with globally recognised speakers, creators, brands and communities to bring exceptional events to life.

Founded by Jason Soultan in 2019, NO/BS was created to challenge the traditional conference model. After years of attending events that promised inspiration but often delivered more hype than substance, Jason set out to create something different—events that were honest, practical and genuinely valuable.

The first NO/BS Conference quickly established the brand as something different. Two sold-out conferences, international workshops and live experiences followed, with events taking place across Australia and internationally. Today, NO/BS continues to create its own original experiences while collaborating with some of the world's leading speakers, creators and brands to develop new event concepts and bring ambitious ideas to life.
